Our Study Experts have been helping students, on average, for more than 5 years and they are always looking for the best way to teach the material. We save you time studying and get you better grades at the same time by helping you understand the concepts faster and more easily. You can watch videos and complete practice problems when you want, and where you want.

Can I try it before I buy it?
Yes! All new members are eligible for a 7-day free trial. Your trial membership includes both online and in-person offerings.

How do you pick up packets?
When you come to the Study Edge building sign into your account on the website. Then click the three lines in the top right of the screen and click "Billing" near the bottom of the screen. You will show this page to one of our door managers and show a valid ID (gator ID, drivers license, picture of an ID)!

Where do I buy a membership?
Memberships can be purchased through our website. Just click on ‘Get Started Now’ or Pricing at the top of this page to become a member!
You can manage your account by clicking the My Account icon in the upper right-hand corner. If you have any questions about purchasing a membership, give us a call at 888-97-STUDY.

When do memberships renew?
Your membership will renew on your recharge date, so whenever you sign up for your membership. If you signed up on the 10th of the month, for example, you will be charged on the 10th of every month until you cancel your membership.

Why was my subscription automatically continued?
Your membership renews monthly until it is cancelled. Since we cannot know each individual student's schedule, we don't know if you will be taking courses with us next semester or not.
You can cancel at any time by clicking the My Account icon in the upper right-hand corner.

How do I upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade your account, email [email protected]!
We will help you cancel your original membership and upgrade to the desired class amount. We will provide a pro-rated refund of the original subscription!

How do I downgrade my subscription?
You can downgrade your membership by canceling your current subscription and repurchasing at the new level once your subscription expires.

Will my membership cancel itself?
No. It is your responsibility to go onto your account and cancel your membership. If you do not, it will recharge your account every month, forever.

I forgot to cancel my membership. Can I get reimbursed?
We can process a reimbursement request for you, which then gets sent to our management for review. These requests usually get reviewed within one week and will be approved/denied on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if my membership did not get renewed?
Memberships are renewed by your credit card being auto-charged each month.
If your auto-charge declines, you can visit your “My Account” page and update your billing credit card.

When do the review packets become available?All of our packets are printed the day of the review and will be available for pick up when the building opens that morning. You can download your packets online at any time, 24/7, following their release.

What exactly is a ‘Review Session’?
A Review Session, simply put, is the best way to study. Review Sessions break down all the information being covered in your class, concept by concept, with practice problems along the way. Our Study Experts analyze, organize, and write study materials specific to your subject to help you learn and understand the material, providing some entertainment along the way. Specific study materials will vary by course, but usually include video Exam Review Sessions, Chapter Review Sessions, practice problems, and mock exams. Exam Review Sessions typically last 3-4 hours and Chapter Review Sessions typically last 1-2 hours. For specific information, select “Courses & Schedule” at the top and choose your class.

Where are the practice problems and solutions for __________________?
The practice problems are commonly found in the back of the packet, and solutions for all classes are posted on the platform at the same time as the main review video.

Can I pick up old packets?
We have all of the packets for the current exam cycle printed out and on hand. For prior exams, packets are available for download 24/7 on the Study Edge website and can be printed on your own accord.

What if I miss a review?
All of our exam reviews, are available in video format on our platform the day after the in-person review is recorded. For some classes we only have online exam reviews so check the Review Schedule to see when they are available.

No. All of our packets are printed the day of the review and are not available until that date.

When is the next in-person review session?
Click the “Courses & Schedule” link above and select the course for a copy of our upcoming schedule.

What if I missed an in-person review session?
All in-person review sessions are recorded and available to view online by 10:00 am the next day.

How do I get my questions answered?
You always have a Study Expert available to answer your questions!
For content questions, you can post your questions on the Class Wall and a Study Expert will answer them. You can also search for related posts from other students taking the same course at your school.
If you would like your questions answered in-person, we offer Study Hours, which are held at a campus library or other location close to campus. To see the schedule for Study Hours for your class, click “Courses & Schedule” above.

What are Study Hours?
During Study Hours, students can come to study independently or with classmates while Study Experts are present, answering questions and guiding students as needed. It’s like studying at home, except you have someone there to help you when you get stuck! Almost all our Study Hours are held in the late afternoon or evening, which is when most students do their studying and on-campus resources are not available. The social aspect of Study Hours also encourages the formation of study groups. Study Hours are included with any course membership and cannot be purchased separately. Study Hours are held at a campus library or other location close to campus. To see the schedule for Study Hours for your class, click “Courses & Schedule” above.

When are Study Hours?
Study Hours are scheduled on a class-by-class basis. Students can go to the class page on the Study Edge platform and find the post detailing the timing and location of Study Hours.

Do you offer one-on-one tutoring?
No, but most of our members end up not needing one-on-one tutoring. Our primary service is the reviews that we host about once per week, where students can ask the tutors questions in real time as they are learning the material. But there are many other ways that students can ask questions, such as the 24/7 Class Wall built into our platform, or Study Hours that we host every week.

How long will it take for my question on the Class Wall to be answered?
We’ll always try to answer your question as fast as possible, typically within 24 hours.

What if I need financial assistance?
If you are in need of financial assistance, just email [email protected] and we can go over your options. We will honor requests on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I just buy the review packet for a certain exam?
No. You need a membership to access our services.

When are videos posted online?
All videos are posted onto our platform on the day and time listed on the Review Schedule for that course. For in-person reviews, the recording will be available by 10:00 am the next day.

Why aren’t videos working on my computer?
Our website works best with the most current versions of Chrome and Firefox. If you are having a problem with one of those, try to clear your cache and use an incognito browser. If you continue to have issues, please email [email protected].

Can I gift Study Edge to someone else/do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards.

Can I bulk-purchase a semester/year at a time?
No, you can only purchase monthly through the monthly recharge system. You will need to remember to cancel, so make sure to keep it in mind at the end of the semester!

What classes are you offering next semester?
Generally, we offer the exact same list of courses each semester. Summer may be different. Details for next semester will be finalized closer to the end of the current semester.
